7/9/2025: This is the first year we’ve used Window Hero and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Although our house is all brick we requested the whole house exterior-cleaning and will definitely request this again. The windows, window frames, soffits, fascia, gutters and front porch portico are sparking clean. Our window screens couldn’t be accessed from the outside so we removed them—but they were cleaned and replaced from the outside by our cleaning rep!

I hadn't had my gutters cleaned over the last year or two and they were really backed up. I had Window Hero come out to clean the gutters and install some wire mesh to help prevent further backups. They did such a great job! Their work was immediately tested with some big storms we got, and the gutters were working like new again. They communicated consistently, showed up on time, were professional, and even sent some before and after pictures! I'd highly recommend Window Hero for any of the many services they provide.

Window Hero did a great job..the techs were prompt, courteous, and took care not to damage the plants around my house. My home is stucco so they did a soft power wash on the house and washed the window exteriors.

First of all, they came in with the lowest quote for all my work compared to 2 other companies. Sean explained the whole procedure of every item that was ti be done, the gutters, the inside and outside windows, the screen and power washing the house. I was amazed that 2 men could do so much work in so little time and do it so well. Sean encountered a problem with power washing the house and the manager Nick was easily available to explain and address the problem. They deserve more than five stars.

The cleaner, Wyatt, showed up exactly on time and was pleasant and courteous. He cleaned out the gutters without leaving behind a mess on the lawn and patio. He also pointed out sections of the gutter that need repair. Overall, a job well done.

They explained what they were going to do, how they do it and that they do not use harsh chemicals. I highly recommend them for any service you need.

Crew arrived as scheduled and made quick work to clear gutters. Provided a great overview of what they found (bird nests and debris). Crew was professional and did a secondary view to ensure that both gutters and downspouts were all clear. With the rains we had last night, there was no overrunning of water from the gutters. Great effort and very professional! Highly recommend their services!
