For most buildings, we recommend professional pressure washing (or soft washing, depending on the surface material) at least once a year to maintain a clean and well-kept exterior. Areas with high humidity, frequent storms, or heavy tree coverage may need more frequent cleaning to prevent the buildup of algae, mold, and mildew.

Yes, our technicians are trained to assess each surface and use the appropriate pressure and cleaning solutions. We use both high-pressure and soft washing techniques to safely clean materials like brick, stucco, concrete, vinyl, EIFS, and metal without causing damage.

Pressure washing uses specialized equipment and high-pressure water streams to blast away dirt and grime from hard, non-porous surfaces, such as concrete. Soft washing utilizes a low-pressure system combined with specialized cleaning solutions to gently clean surfaces and remove organic growth, dirt and stains. Soft washing is recommended for surfaces that might be damaged by high pressure washing.
