My in-laws and I have been using Window Hero for several years to clean the gutters in our respective homes. All the employees, from the schedulers on the phone to the crew cleaning the gutters are very courteous and respectful. It is extremely easy to make appointments and when calling the number to schedule, someone answers right away. They send you the reasonably priced invoice estimate for you to accept so there are no surprises with respect to extra fees due to unexpected issues while the work is being performed. Reminder texts and emails keep you informed during the process. The crew is very good about cleaning up. I would definitely recommend using Window Hero.
