Hero Window showed up during the appointed time window. Idriz did a very nice job and managed the assignment himself. He redid a couple panes as he felt necessary until the job was done right. NO (bad) surprises.

I've recently had the exterior of my my home cleaned by Window Hero. I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Our homes had years of organic build up so I knew it would be a task to clean. Unfortunately, I was wrong lol. Their cleaning solution seamlessly cuts through the organic matter and debris. Adam, the gentleman who cleaned our home, was exceptional! He answered any question I had about the process and also offered advice about preventative maintenance. His customer service second to none! They've earned my business for years to come.

Great job guys. Big job and thought it would be all day especially cleaning porch EZ clean windows that can only be cleaned with Murphy's soap to continue warranty. Also exterior windows in the house and power washing the driveway, sidewalk and walkways all the way to the lower level. Completed the job at 2PM and off to another job. Great work.
