Prompt response when you contact and book through their website. Professional work done quickly. Reasonable price. Clean windows inside and out. Good analysis of threats to windows and big picture for a maintenance plan. I just got my 6 month followup cleaning. The new team did a great job! 2025 Oct update: looks like the original local owner sold the business, but they are still super responsive, came promptly today as scheduled, and did a great job indoors and out. Good crew. Good phone-customer service. Easy payment (not cheap)

Nick and Austin did a great job washing the windows and power washing the mildew off the roof, porch, stonewalls, sidewalk, driveway and railings. Very professional! Excellent work Update: I have used window hero three times now and have been satisfied with the quality and value and professionalism each time. My driveway and sidewalks look brand new!

These guys are busy but that’s because they do a good job. Gutters cleaned primarily by hand / hand tools with some blower where appropriate. Roof shingles and gutter attachments also visually inspected. Good cleanup afterwards. I’ve used WH to clean my gutters for multiple years and have always been satisfied with there guys, performance, price and cleanup. I will use them next time needed and recommend their services.
