Window Heroes Nick and Gary did a great job on our interior and exterior windows and screens, plus gutters. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, efficient yet thorough, careful of our property and helped us move back the furniture we had moved to give them access to our windows.

We have been a Customer Of Window Hero Lake Norman for over 7 years. They are consistently one of the best home services that we hire. Communication is excellent. Services are always done to our high level of expectation. Service Technicians are always polite and professional. We have recently signed up for a yearly contract which will include Window Washing and House Washing on a Quarterly basis. Our service visits are prescheduled for the entire year, which makes it so easy and worry free. We also signed up for the new Irrigation Services offered by Yard Patrol Pros as part of the Window Hero franchise. Great service and great value. Due to weather, our service was rescheduled to the day BEFORE we were hosting an event. I was so nervous about things being completed in time.
