Idris was prompt and helpful, did an amazing job on our roof

This was our first experience using Idriz, Window Hero, he showed up on time for our estimate, which was very competitive and arrived ahead of schedule on the work day. Idriz is very professional, hard working, and completely cleaned up after finishing. He also fixed a cranky gutter. We were extremely pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Hero Window showed up during the appointed time window. Idriz did a very nice job and managed the assignment himself. He redid a couple panes as he felt necessary until the job was done right. NO (bad) surprises.
