Idriz responds quickly, keeps to schedule, and reasonably priced. I asked for photos and he provided photos and videos - gutters looked clean. Very positive experience.

Idriz came in with a friendly, professional attitude and a very impressive track , on time and fully ready to do the job ! Outside brash had water sprinkler, very cool and practical. Inside windows were done by hand. He also took care of front door and a slider to lanai. Price was more than fair, highly recommend!

We have a white barrel tile roof that was in desperate need on cleaning. I’ve used this company before for other cleaning services with great results so I thought I’d call them to give me a quote for cleaning. Very reasonable quote. They did an excellent job of cleaning my roof, not being satisfied with only “good enough” - tough spots were repeatedly gone over until they were spotless. I would heartily recommend this company for any cleaning services.

I hired Window Hero to clean my roof and had a really good experience. Communication was easy, they showed up as expected, and the roof was cleaned quickly at a reasonable price. After the first cleaning, there were a few hard-to-see spots that weren’t fully cleaned. I let them know, and they came back very quickly to take care of it without any issues. That really showed great customer service. It’s been several months now, and the roof still looks very clean. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Idriz used a drone to video the entire roof before and after his thorough, professional cleaning. He took extra care to protect our solar panels as well as our trees and landscaping, and provided a full set of photos after the job was complete. Idriz and Window Hero are our absolutely go-to service for cleaning exterior AND interior windows, railings, and even interior shelves. He is absolutely punctual, notifies us of his pending arrival one day before cleaning and also when he is on his way. He is scrupulously honest and very, very friendly (but he never loiters). He comes once a month for our house, but he will happily do a one-time service, or any other schedule that you prefer. I cannot recommend Idriz and Window Hero more highly (and we have a lot of windows)!
