1. I saw and was impressed with their truck and equipment. 2. I noted their number and called. 3. They promptly and very politely answered my phone call. 4.a. They gave me an incredibly more than fair and almost unbelievable quote in less than 3 minutes. 4.b. our house and windows are crazy unique and difficult 5. In less than 5 minutes the appointment for the following week was scheduled and the call was over. 6. They cleaned our windows, asking for my feedback along the way and when the job was completed. 7. “No fuss and no muss” and no mess was left behind. *8+. My “white glove” wife was not just satisfied, but impressed.
