Lynn Walter of Window Hero was very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning crew showed up on the date and time specified and did a very thorough job of soft cleaning my very dirty concrete roof tiles, causing no damage and making them look brand new. Lynn Walter was also helpful in referring me to a great roofing company for other unrelated issues. Thanks WIndow Hero.
