Michelle Mosely is a Nashville native whose roots in the community run generations deep. After spending more than two decades away building a career in marketing, communications, and nonprofit work, she returned home over ten years ago because Nashville has always been exactly that, home. Today, Michelle serves as Co-Owner and General Manager of Window Hero Nashville and Franklin, bringing a people-first mindset to an industry that often overlooks it. Her background in service-driven organizations shapes how she leads, with a focus on clear communication, follow-through, and doing what you say you’re going to do.
