I had a great experience with Window Hero Gutter Cleaning from start to finish. The team, led by Charles, was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They arrived on time, explained the process, and got right to it without any hassle. My gutters were in pretty rough shape after fall and winter, but they cleaned them thoroughly and made sure everything was flowing properly again. They even took the time to clean up afterward, leaving my property looking better than when they arrived. Drew gave me a heads up call that he was on the way, arrived on time, was very personable, explained the window cleaning process, and even helped me with the window screens. He even got on a high ladder for a window I couldn't reach. He was diligent with his work and respectful of our house and property. When finished he made sure that I was satisfied with the work performed (it was great). It was clear that he took pride in his work. It could not have been a better experience. 11 out of 10!!
