We were very impressed with the quality of service we received! We had a power washing treatment that made the siding of our house look brand new, as well as our concrete patio, front porch, driveway, and sidewalks. Our technician was professional and polite and took the time needed to get out the more grimy spots. We would highly recommend Window Hero Charlotte for home power washing in the Charlotte area!

Overall it was a good job. I was disappointed with one Window frame and I asked if they had washed that frame. He said yes. I had emphasized I wanted the frames washed when I called about the job as they had gotten dirty. When I asked about it he said it was rusting. We have Jeldwin windows and they do not rust. My husband checked it out and the frame had not been washed. He washed it and it was mud or red dust, so therefore the frame had not been washed. The bad thing was that when I asked he said he had. I had a few other water dribbles on windows.
