Tyler Kirk founded Labor Panes in 2005, which is now known as Window Hero. Window Hero was born out of Tyler's determination to overcome challenges associated with his hearing disability. Initially launched as a residential window cleaning company, the business soon expanded to offer a comprehensive range of home maintenance, cleaning, and repair services. In 2013, Window Hero began franchising, leveraging a successful business model that has driven consistent growth and expansion. The transition from Labor Panes to Window Hero marked a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. As part of a merger with HomeFront Brands, the rebranding further solidified Window Hero’s dedication to providing exceptional interior and exterior home maintenance solutions. Tyler continues to own and operate the Charlotte and Lake Wylie Window Hero locations. He is deeply involved in the business, working alongside his team, connecting with customers, and making a positive impact in the community.
