This was my 2nd time using Window Hero. I have a two-story duplex downtown and its near impossible for me to clean the outsides of the windows. Window Hero has great communication with text and email and were on time and prompt and did a good job on the windows and doors. They even went above and beyond by helping me replace a soffit dryer vent that was all clogged with lint. The first time around was post-construction and the windows (100 years old) were covered with cement globs from repointing the brick around the house. They did a great job then too scraping off all the muck by hand leaving the windows sparkling. I will use them again next year for sure. It would be nice if they had a discount for repeat customers.

I'm a Property Manager in CHS. Thank you to Nick, Nate, Shane, and Anner for doing such a fantastic job for The Beckett! Not a single report of water intrusion. Highly communicative, came in daily multiple times to inform us of progress, and did a great job. They even went above and beyond the job when they found wasps in the gutters and avoided a birds nest that residents were concerned about. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Nick and Nate did an amazing job power washing our apartment community. Not only were they very thorough, but they were highly communicative with the staff on their progress throughout the community and if we had any specific requests. They were mindful of residents personal belongings and feedback which made the whole experience feel personalized and completely worth the payment on services they completed. They did external power washing and breezeway power washing along with our gutter cleanings on 6 buildings. Thank you for you and your teams hard work! We rely on Window Hero for window washing and gutter cleaning. We recently had our gutters cleaned, and the team, led by Mason did a great job, especially with clean up of debris afterwards. WH also does a great job communicating any changes to the appointment and when they will be arriving. Highly recommend.
