1st time using these folks..Was skeptical because 4 other gutter cleaning companies either nevercreplied back with estimate and 3 said they'd be there certain certaing and never came or contacted as to why the no shows. This company immediatly replied was in constant text communication on the fee and the day thet would be at home. And asked if it could happen with in next 5 days and they were! Folks my gutters were overflowing! Because had been try since last year when all the leaves fell. Very neat and tidy. And had no problem with us not at home because we had to be at work..was notified they completed the job. And emailed a invoice. They will definately be our gutter guys! I just got to get on their calender for end of year when leaves are done again. Their standard rate was 175.00 which was estimates i had gotten one was 150.00 but he was one of the no shows.

My first experience with Window Hero and I am very impressed. Gus was on time, professional and a perfectionist; my windows are sparkling clean!! Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Gus & Window Hero!

Great job by our Window Hero technician, Gus. Very friendly and helpful, made sure everything was set up correctly, to include opening our EZ Breeze windows to keep the cleaner off the plastic panes. Finished quickly and cleaned up completely. House looks great! I definitely recommend Window Hero.

I would give them a little lower than a five star rating because they arrived at the latter part of their arrival “window”, but the professionalism and the end result is definitely with every star I could rate them.

Zach did a fantastic job cleaning the windows on the inside and outside of our home. He did a great job communicating during the process and was considerate about how to work around our working from home schedule. I would use Window Hero again without a doubt. Every part of the process from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the work was easy and professional ! Excellent company !

We had an amazing experience with Window Hero! Zach did a fantastic job—his attention to detail really stood out. Our windows, inside and out, have never looked better. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work. Ryan and Sammy, the managers, went above and beyond with their customer service and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. My only regret is not calling them sooner. Highly recommend!

Gus was my technician and he was great. He took the time to explain the product(s)he was using. After completing the pressure washing he asked me to look over everything to ensure I was satisfied. There were a couple of areas on the porch need more attention and he didn’t hesitate to retouch those areas to my satisfaction. Thank you Sammy & Gus for providing great customer service.

We had our gutters cleaned, house washed, driveway pressure washed and windows cleaned, both inside and outside. This is our second time using Window Hero for these services and they did a great job!

I'm assuming that the gutters were cleaned well. The rep was very polite/professional and cleaned-up afterwards. My only complaint is that instead of simply asking me to move my car, he drove through my yard to get out of the driveway. I understand/hope that the yard is still mostly frozen, but I really didn't appreciate that. It would have literally taken just a few minutes for me to back my car out.
