Aaron from Window Hero just completed the job of cleaning out my gutters and power washing my pool enclosure and I was really impressed with his attention to detail. He did a fantastic job and was so polite in doing so. I could tell that he took pride in what he was doing and touched base with me throughout the process. Window Hero’s work was excellent. They communicated with us about the process and showed us before and after photos. The fence side that they pressure washed and had me walk and inspect the finished job was pristine.

As I have aged, my ability to move the furniture, take down the curtains, remove the screens, and thoroughly clean the windows inside and out has diminished. Even when I could handle that project, I never got all the grime, dead lizards, and wasp nests completely out of the frames the windows fit into. Now, in my 70s, I just can't do it and they have not been cleaned properly for years. It has bothered me immensely. I finally decided to save the money and hire someone. This company gave me a good price for several hours of careful work and the young man was patient enough to let an old lady follow him around and vacuum behind the furniture that he had moved before he replaced it in the exact spot and position, and to move the curtains this way and that until they hung perfectly again. I am a detail person and particular, but he did it all right, and stayed friendly the entire time. Like its occupants, it is an old house and the job required him to take his time and be quite careful. I was concerned about damage to the screens, wet spots on the carpet, etc, but he did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with his work. I love my home again. Even my frugal husband, who hated to spend for window cleaning, has decided it was well worth it. This company is professional, easy to deal with, and treats customers with courtesy. They respond rapidly to messages and if there are any questions, they call back when they say they will. They provide free estimates and will make arrangements for special needs. They come on time, a good clue of their reliability. I am happy to let others know how pleased I am with their services.

I had the pleasure of having Mike from Window Hero power wash my pool deck. Mike arrived on time, with all the necessary tools and equipment needed for the job. He was professional and friendly, and his attention to detail was impeccable. Mike was very thorough in his cleaning process and made sure every nook and cranny was spotless. He took the time to make sure the sand wasn't blasted out of the pavers, and even gave me some tips on how to maintain the cleanliness of my deck in the future. In the midst of a very busy season (after Hurricane Ian) Window Hero came out super quick to give us a quote, which was much much less than local competitors and they were able to come out and do the job within a few days. The work was done in a matter of hours and the results were great; we have more work that needs to be done on our property and will be setting up another appointment with them soon.
