My unit is on the 3rd floor and I wanted my windows hand washed as in the past but it was not possible due to the height. Solomon convinced me that he could do a good job with purified water and a brush and it would leave no spots. He did do a good job and the two apartments below me had no water damage to their windows. I will use Window Heroes again. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.
