My unit is on the 3rd floor and I wanted my windows hand washed as in the past but it was not possible due to the height. Solomon convinced me that he could do a good job with purified water and a brush and it would leave no spots. He did do a good job and the two apartments below me had no water damage to their windows. I will use Window Heroes again. They were easy to work with and very accommodating.

We are first time customers to Window Hero and we will definitely call them back. The two young men were friendly, professional and efficient. We hired them to power wash the house, clean the gutters and all windows. There was minimal disruption during the cleaning process. They moved all the necessary items with care and our windows are sparkling. It was nice to see these two young men took great pride in their work. Highly recommend.
