Super professional love them

We have a two-story home with a lot of windows, including some hard-to-reach spots and mostly six-over-one windows (six smaller panes over one large pane). After being underwhelmed with another company in the past, we decided to try Window Hero, and we’re glad we did. From the start, Gerard (the owner) was friendly, quick to respond, and proactive in his communication. The quote was clear and fair. On the day of the job, the three-person crew was courteous, careful, and thorough. They took the time to do everything right, and the difference really shows. Exceptional service and exceptional results. Gerard the owner, schedule time to visit my home to understand what we needed. On the day of the scheduled work, he was on sight to ensure everything went well. His team, Steven & Dillon, that did the work were excellent.
