Lilly and Chad were absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They cleaned both the insides and outsides of all my windows, and the difference is unbelievable— every window sparkled when they were done.They were incredibly thorough and careful, taking the time to work around my furniture and window treatments with care. We are so pleased with the services we received from Window Hero. From the beginning they were very responsive and communicative, and they were able to schedule us for exterior window cleaning the very next day after we received the quote. As an after thought, we asked them to include some pressure washing and can’t believe what an improvement it made. I was not home when the services were performed, but it was obvious that great care was taken to protect our bedding plants and landscaping. I wish we had done it sooner! Their pricing is very similar to their competitors - I called three different places to compare, but I ultimately chose Window Hero due to their communication and flexibility.
