1. Eligibility
• Open to residents of the United States aged 18 or older.
• Only valid at participating Window Hero franchise locations.
• Employees of Window Hero and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. Nomination Period
• Nominations open on the 1st day of each month and close on the third Friday of the same month.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
• Submit a completed nomination form via the official contest landing page.
• Only one nomination per person per month is allowed.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected by the individual owned and operated Window Hero franchise location by the last day of each month.
• Selection is based on the merit of the nomination and the impact of the nominee’s contributions to the community.
• The decision of the franchise location is final and binding.
5. Prize Details
• The winner will receive one free Window Hero service, which may include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or other services offered by the local franchise with a maximum value of $250.
• The prize must be redeemed within two weeks of initial contact from Window Hero or the nominator.
• If the winner does not respond within two weeks, a new winner may be selected for that month.
6. Notification and Surprise Option
• Winners or nominators will be notified via email or phone using the contact information provided in the nomination form.
• In some cases, the local franchise may choose to surprise the winner with the announcement or service delivery, provided it is logistically feasible and respectful of the nominee’s privacy.
• Window Hero is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details.
7. Publicity
• By entering, nominators and nominees agree to allow Window Hero to use their names, photos, and nomination stories for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
8. General Conditions
• Window Hero and Window Hero Durham-Chapel Hill reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
9. Privacy
• Personal information collected during the nomination process will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
