We did post construction interior and exterior window cleaning for a 4 story luxury water front condominium building. The building and glass included 4th floor glass balconies. Our focus was on restoring the windows to their pristine condition. The construction process left behind dust, debris, and construction materials on the glass surfaces. Challenges: Construction Residue: Construction dust, cement, paint splashes, silicone and adhesive residues were present on the window panes, frames, and sills. High Windows: The residence featured large, multi-pane windows, some located in hard-to-reach areas, which required specialized equipment for safe and effective cleaning. Weather Considerations: Due to the coastal location, humidity and salt from the ocean air posed additional challenges cleaning the windows.
