Considerate service and a job well done aren't as common as they once were so it was a pleasure to have that experience with Window Hero of Northeast Reading. Cleaning windows could seem like a routine, even mundane, service but taking pride in delivering a quality job was how Window Hero went about it from start to finish. Dylan, the young man who did the work at our house, had a positive attitude and was both professional and friendly as he did the job. He represents the company and those he works with very well.

I was referred to Window Hero by a family member who had the exterior of their home washed. Having recently purchased a new home, I wanted to have it washed as well. The staff were quick to respond to my inquiry and provide a quote. Accepting the quote online and scheduling the service was a simple process. The crew communicated clearly about when they would be at our home. They completed the project promptly and followed up to let us know that they would return if any issues arose.
